1. Service and eligibility
Bestow Software Solutions provides a web portal, Windows Bridge software, account authorization and compatible AI/MCP integration for business systems. Customers are responsible for having authority to connect their servers and data. Access to third-party AI products is subject to those providers' separate terms and availability.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account details, keep login and Bridge credentials confidential and grant database access only to authorized users. Workspace owners control database assignments, permissions and connected applications. We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, security threats or non-payment.
3. Three-day trial and paid subscriptions
Eligible new workspaces receive a three-day evaluation trial before purchasing a subscription. Published plans show their USD prices, available database and Bridge limits and monthly reporting allowance. The trial does not create an automatic paid subscription and does not charge a payment method. Paid plans require an affirmative checkout purchase. Trial eligibility may be limited to prevent abuse.
4. Billing and renewal
Payments may use an enabled third-party card processor or manual bank/crypto transfer. Manual transfers require verification before activation. If an existing plan remains active, a verified next plan may be scheduled for its expiry. An auto-renew preference by itself does not authorize recurring card charges. Taxes, exchange rates and processor fees, where applicable, should be disclosed at checkout.
5. Refunds and cancellations
After your opportunity to evaluate the service with a three-day trial, paid digital subscriptions are non-refundable as a contractual policy, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law. Please review the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy before payment. Cancellation prevents future renewal where supported, but does not normally reverse an already delivered paid term.
6. Data, permissions and acceptable use
The Windows Bridge runs on your own infrastructure and executes only authorized operations according to the deployed implementation and SQL permissions. The current public AI connector is read-only; enabling a local SQL write permission does not automatically enable a remote AI write tool. Do not send unlawful data, use the service to bypass access controls or attempt to access other customers' systems.
7. Availability and changes
Service availability can depend on your hosting, Windows PC, network, database server and third-party AI, email and payment providers. We may update security requirements and service functionality with reasonable notice where practical. Neither guaranteed uptime nor a specific AI outcome is promised unless separately agreed in writing.
8. Liability and legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, each party remains responsible for its own infrastructure, credential security and use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes non-excludable statutory consumer rights, remedies or liabilities.
