Trial first — no payment required for eligible trials
Bestow offers eligible newly registered workspaces a three-day trial to evaluate compatibility and service suitability. The free trial ends automatically and does not itself initiate a card charge. Customers should test the Bridge, permitted databases and required AI connections during this period.
Paid subscriptions: no refund policy
Once a customer voluntarily purchases a paid digital subscription, fees are generally non-refundable, including for unused time, early cancellation or a change of mind. Exceptions apply where a refund, charge correction or other remedy is required by applicable law. Do not purchase if you have not tested whether the service meets your needs.
Duplicate or unauthorized payments
If you believe you were charged twice, paid the wrong amount, or were charged without authorization, contact support promptly with the order reference. We will investigate and apply any legally required corrections. Do not send card numbers or CVVs through support forms.
Cancel and expiry
You may stop renewal reminders and choose not to purchase another term. The renewal-preference switch is not recurring billing authorization; automatic card renewals require an explicit separate provider mandate and are not included by default. A paid current term normally continues to its scheduled expiry.
