1. Who operates this service
Bestow Software Solutions administers the Bestow AI Cloud customer portal. Privacy inquiries: support@bestowsoftwaresolutions.com.pk.
2. Information processed
We may process names, business emails, telephone numbers, organizations, login credentials in protected form, workspace permissions, Bridge device identifiers, OAuth client/session metadata, invoices, payment references, support requests, IP/security logs and approved report requests/results.
3. Why we use information
To establish accounts, authenticate and authorize access, connect Bridge devices, route permitted reports, bill subscriptions, send service notices, maintain audit and security logs, respond to support inquiries and comply with legal obligations.
4. Business databases and AI vendors
The Windows Bridge connects to databases designated by the customer. Approved report results may travel through the Bestow cloud service and onward to an AI provider only when the customer authorizes that connection and invokes the service. Separate AI vendors may process those results under their own terms. Customers must assess the sensitivity of data before authorizing integrations.
5. Processors, payments and international transfers
Hosting, SMTP, identity providers, AI applications and payment gateways may process data as service providers. Card details are entered at a provider-hosted checkout, not directly into this portal. Depending on the vendors selected, data may be processed outside Pakistan. Ask support for current vendor and hosting details before transferring regulated data.
6. Security and retention
We use account permissions, HTTPS, hashed/authentication credentials and logging where implemented. No internet system is absolutely secure. Data is retained as needed for service provision, audit, dispute handling and legally required records; exact retention periods depend on record type and applicable obligations. 7. Your choices
Customers can edit profile details, revoke authorized AI sessions, disable Bridge access, manage notifications and request information correction or deletion subject to contractual and legal recordkeeping requirements.
8. Cookies and updates
Essential session/security cookies support login. Authentication integrations can use third-party cookies under their respective policies. We will publish material policy updates here with a revised effective date; users may need to accept new purchase terms at checkout.
